Rotisserie Flavor Chicken & Vegetable Sandwiches
Ingredients
2 teaspoons Dijon or hot Dijon mustard
1 small round focaccia or tomato bread or Kaiser or onion roll, split
1 leaf red or romaine lettuce
1/3 cup sliced assorted grilled or roasted vegetables from the deli such as red and yellow bell peppers, zucchini and yellow squash (or leftover cooked vegetables)
4 slices (2 oz.) Healthy Ones™ Rotisserie Style Chicken
1 thin slice muenster or Swiss cheese
Directions
Spread mustard over cut sides of bread or roll. Layer lettuce leaf, vegetables, chicken and cheese over bottom of bread or roll. Close sandwich; cut in half.
