Ham, Veggie & Cheese Sandwich

Ingredients

2 slices rustic olive bread or multi-grain bread
2 teaspoons spicy brown or Dijon mustard
4 slices (2 oz.) Healthy Ones™ Deli Cooked Ham
1/4 cup sprouts or radish sprouts (optional)
1/2 cup sliced assorted grilled vegetables from the supermarket take out deli or leftover cooked vegetables
1 thin slice Muenster cheese

Directions

Spread 1 side of each bread slice lightly with mustard. Top one of the slices with ham, sprouts, vegetables and cheese. Close sandwich; cut diagonally in half.

Servings
