Turkey & Goat Cheese Wrap
2 tablespoons prepared basil pesto
1 (6 to 7 inch) sun dried tomato or spinach wrap, flatbread or whole wheat flour tortilla
1 romaine or red leaf lettuce leaf
4 slices (2 oz.) Healthy Ones™ Deli Smoked Turkey Breast
1/4 cup chopped well-drained bottled roasted red or yellow bell peppers
1/4 cup (1 oz.) crumbled goat cheese or feta cheese
1 tablespoon chopped fresh basil or chives
Spread pesto over wrap all the way to edges. Layer lettuce, turkey breast, peppers, goat cheese and basil over wrap leaving a 1/2-inch border around edges. Roll up tightly and cut diagonally in half.
