Curried Turkey and Fruit Salad

Ingredients

4 bibb lettuce leaves
1/2 pound Healthy Ones™ Skinless Honey Roasted & Smoked Turkey Breast, sliced thin
1 small papaya, seeded, peeled and cut crosswise into 1/2-inch slices
1-1/2 cups fresh pineapple chunks
1-1/2 cups honeydew melon cubes
4 small bunches red seedless grapes
2 kiwifruit, peeled and sliced crosswise
1/3 cup plain nonfat yogurt
2 tablespoons finely chopped mango chutney
1/2 teaspoon curry powder
1/2 teaspoon lime juice

Directions

Line 4 plates with lettuce leaves. Roll turkey slices and arrange on plates. Arrange fruits attractively around turkey. Combine yogurt, chutney, curry powder and lime juice in small bowl. Pass yogurt dressing and spoon over salad.
